Aromatize the balloon glass with pink grapefruit peel. Pour the gin into the very cold glass, with ice cubes flavoured with raspberries and heartsease. Let the Original Berries Zero slide smoothly down the spiral bar spoon, so as not to break the bubbles.

original berries zero, vodka, campari, cocchi rosé, pink grapefruit juice, fresh raspberry, rose syrup and peychaud’s bitters.

Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except the tonic. Serve in a very cold cobbler glass, with chipped ice. Finish off with Original Berries Zero. Decorate with raspberries and rose petals.
