original berries tonic, aromatic gin, lemon zest, lavender flower bouquet, raspberries and blackberries.

Serve in a well-chilled long drink glass with ice. Pour in the gin and two splashes of lavender bitters. Add the tonic. Aromatise with lemon zest and garnish with lavender flower bouquet and a few raspberries and blackberries.

original berries tonic, vodka, lemon juice and rose syrup.

Mix all ingredients except the Original Berries Tonic in the cocktail shaker and shake well. Serve in a flute glass. Add the Original Berries Tonic slowly, so that layers are formed. Garnish with rose petals.

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except tonic. Serve in a very cold long glass, chilled well with rock ice, adding Original Berries Tonic at the end. Garnish with red fruits and lavender shoots.
