Perfect union of Scottish gin and Mediterranean citrus
original citrus tonic, scottish-style gin, cucumber, rose petals and lime.
Serve in a very cold snifter, chilled first with rock ice. Pour the gin and then the Original Citrus Tonic, letting it run gently along the spiral spoon, so the bubbles do not break. Aromatise with lime and serve with a slice of cucumber and rose petals.

original citrus tonic, american gin, maraschino luxardo, triple sec, lemon juice and violet syrup.
Pour all ingredients, except the tonic, into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Decant them into a well-chilled martini glass and finish with Original Citrus Tonic. Garnish the cocktail with a pansy.
Penetrating citrus flavour, without alcohol
original citrus tonic, white grapefruit juice, black grape and blackcurrant syrup.
Pour all ingredients except the tonic into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Serve in a long drink glass, well-chilled with rock ice. Add Original Citrus Tonic, followed by crushed ice. Garnish with black grape.
