After eight perfection, with mint and chocolate
original mint tonic, london dry gin, aromas of chocolate, mint and lime.
Rim a cold snifter with chocolate, chilled well with rock ice. Pour the gin and sprinkle over a bit of crushed chocolate. Add Original Mint Tonic slowly, letting it slide gently down a spiral spoon, so the bubbles do not break. Aromatise with lime and garnish with mint leaves.

Shake all ingredients, except the tonic, in a cocktail shaker. Serve in a well-chilled coupette glass and add the Original Mint Tonic. Garnish with mint leaves and red currant.
Relax, without alcohol
original mint tonic, pineapple juice, lime juice, brown sugar and mint.
Mix directly in a long-drink glass. Crush the mint with the brown sugar and lime. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple and mint fan.
